UQ Vaccination Mandate and Clinic Operations

The UQ Psychology Clinic will continue to operate as normal wherever possible while protecting the health and safety of staff, therapists and clients as the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve.

Clients of the clinic can continue to attend the Clinic in person without being vaccinated.

Clients who are not fully vaccinated may be offered appointments via telehealth or asked to wear a surgical mask provided by the clinic when attending the clinic.

To protect our clinic team, if you are attending sessions in person, we will ask you to:

  • Declare your vaccination status
  • Where there is a mask mandate, wear a surgical mask which will be provided by the clinic.

This requirement will come into full affect from Monday 14 February.

Please do not to attend the clinic if you are feeling unwell, have been a close contact or have tested positive to COVID-19 within 7 days of your appointment. If you have any questions, please email us at psyclinic@psy.uq.edu.au

Vaccination is strongly encouraged. To find your nearest vaccination location and for a full list of proof of vaccination options, visit www.covid19.qld.gov.au
