Waitlist Information

If you would like to receive services at the UQ Psychology Clinic, please fill out our electronic referral form and send it to psyclinic@psy.uq.edu.au - You may self-refer (A GP's referral is not required).

Once we receive this, you should hear back from us within two business days. After your referral is approved and processed, you will be placed onto the appropriate waitlist for the service you have requested. The current allocation times are as follows:

Assessment (cognitive and neuropsychological) - July/August 2022

Therapy (individual, couples and Triple P) - May/June 2022 

While we do not offer crisis or emergency services at the Clinic, if you require immediate mental health assistance, you can contact:

COVID-19 Advice

Client and clinician safety and support remain our highest priority. The UQ Psychology Clinic is currently providing in-person therapy and assessment appointments as well as therapy appointments via telehealth. If you are feeling unwell, have visited a listed COVID-19 exposure site, or been in contact with someone who has, please do not attend the clinic in-person. You can phone or e-mail the clinic to reschedule or change your appointment to telehealth.
